Mahesh Reddy has been associated with the Saptagir Group for over 10 years as the Chairman of Group with responsibility for the overall strategy, direction and various growth initiatives. Prior to joining Saptagir, he has held various positions in Fortune 500 Companies in the USA and led efforts across various functional areas from engineering, operations and sales. He is passionate about the nascent startup industry and is an active thought leader through both angel investments and by mentoring young entrepreneurs to realise their potential.
He has received a MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, USA.
Shilpa Reddy has been part of the Saptagir Group for over 13 years in the position of Managing Director after a stint leading the finance role as Finance director. An experienced entrepreneur, she has been responsible for inculcating the spirit of innovation and driving growth in family business. Prior to joining Saptagir, Ms. Shilpa Reddy has extensive experience in Corporate Finance positions in Fortune 500 companies in the US, including Intel Corporation. As a transformation agent, she has also been responsible for driving efficiency and optimization initiatives in large organizations in her past experience.
She has received an MBA from Santa Clara University in Santa Clara, USA.

Dr. Rajinikanth is a Ph.D. with more than 21 years of rich experience in the domain of industrial research. His specialization includes Process R&D of API molecules and intermediates, CRO, CRAMS, scale-up, delivery, scientific management and project management through cross-functional teams and operations. He has led a team of around 25 scientists, handling multiple projects as the overall project lead and ensuring that the development process is successfully scaled up meeting both, the timelines and cost.
He has expertise in developing technologies for API, NCE and their intermediates; impurity profiling with the necessary documentation for submissions; Design & Development of non-infringing routes and safe processes, and adept at Custom Synthesis and Contract Manufacturing.
Dr. Rajinikanth is an award-winning scientist who has to his credit, many publications in journals of repute and also holds a Process Patent.
